This was for one of James' assignments. Carolyn, David, and I were given the difficult task to shoot jewelry, which in this case was this lovely ten dollar watch. Our instructions were to make it look classy, but also to accurately portray its features within the image. We worked hard on the reflections and tried to make them as clean looking as possible. Carolyn's red shirt certainly didn't make the shoot any easier. We ended up using a bevy of fill cards and gobos, but only one light.
