The assignment that prompted this photograph was to shoot a picture of dessert. Within the photo there had to be a sense of time and place. I chose to go with cookies, because they are a simple and hardy dessert, so I placed them in this robust outdoor picnic scene. I tried to simulate sunlight by using both soft and hard light sources.Hasselblad with a Phase One H10 back, ISO 50, 60th @ f/4
